description
Sapphire is looking for 8 Lead Technicians for Calgary.
Experience
-2 years experience as an AV Installation Technician or directly related area with significant integration experience
-1+ year as a Senior Lead within installations, service or trades
Skill Set
- ability to influence/negotiate with clients and various trades a professional and personable manner.
-ability to keep on top of paperwork and record-keeping
- ability to manage multiple urgent requests and rapidly changing priorities
-superior communication skills
-proficiency with MS Office Suites
-valid class 5 operators license (3 or less demerits, verified by Driver’s extract)
-ability to lift "heavy" items: up 50 lb or more with the assistance of one other person
-bondable
Education
- Grade 12
- Desirable: Electronic post secondary
-CTS-I or similar AV industry recognized certifications
-Desirable: Crestron level 1 & 2 certification
- CTS-I or similar AV industry recognized certifications
- Desirable: Crestron level 1 & 2 certification
- Desirable: Biamp, Polycom VSG, Polycom SoundStructure and Polycom certification
