- Screening: If your experience, skills and talents potentially match an open position, we’ll contact you by telephone for an initial screening. If we like what we hear, and if you do too, we'll set up some testing to determine your strengths and to confirm that we're all on the same page.
- Interview and Offer Process: If all goes well, we'll bring you in to meet the hiring manager to learn more about your skills and how you’d fit into our team. This is where we check your references and make you an offer you won’t want to refuse.
- Onboarding: We’ll welcome you to your first day as a Sapphire Canada employee and provide you with a full week of training at our head office in Toronto. We offer one of the most comprehensive training programs in the industry, led by our top performers, sales management, executives and mentors.
